摘要
合理运用奖惩方法,建立科学合理的奖惩激励机制,对于提高教师的积极性有重要意义。在教师管理中,要做到奖励与惩罚有机结合,建立以奖励为主的多样化的长效激励机制。
Encouraging and punishment both are important measures to improve the teachers' activities. In the teachers' management, we should unite encouraging and punishment together, establish the effective encouraging system, in which the encouraging is dominant.
