摘要
SBR法处理生活污水过程中,通过建立SBR水处理模型确定溶解氧优化曲线.以此曲线来优化控制SBR过程中的溶解氧,实现节能降耗.试验结果表明,进水COD浓度为400~500mg/L,污泥浓度为4000mg/L的条件下,采用优化控制方式去除1mg/LCOD比传统控制方式能节约近30%的风量.
In the process of domestic sewage treatment by SBR, it depends on the establishment of SBR water treatment model to determine DO optimization curve, which controls SBR process of dissolved oxygen optimally, to achieve energy saving. The results showed that if the influent conditions are COl) 400-500 mg/L, Sludge concentration 4 000 mg/L, it can save nearly 30% of the air volume than using traditional control methods to remove 1 mg/L COD.
