发展我国农村继续教育的对策研究

目前,影响农村经济发展的因素很多,其关键因素之一则是农村的继续教育薄弱。解决农民问题的根本途径是发展农村继续教育,提高农民的综合素质。农村继续教育要面向农村、农业、农民,立足于农村社会的全面发展,培养一支具有较强科研开发和成果推广能力的农业技术队伍,培养一支具有较强经营和管理能力的农村干部队伍,普遍提高农村广大劳动者的素质。我国应从突出农村继续教育的战略地位、调整农村教育定位、引导农民接受继续教育、改革农村继续教育内容、创新教育方法等方面着手,加快发展农村继续教育。

At present, there are a number of factors which influence the economic development of rural areas. One of the key factors is the weak continuing education of rural areas. The fundamental way to solve the issue of farmers is the development of continuing education and the improvement of the overall quality of farmers. The continuing education of the rural areas should face the country, agriculture and farmers, and it should be based on the comprehensive development of rural society. Also, the rural areas should culture an agricultural technology group with strong capability of scientific research and spreading agricultural production. They should also culture a cadre group with strong operational and management abilities. In this way, we can generally improve the quality of the majority of farmers in rural areas. Generally speaking, we should start with highlighting the strategic status of the continuing education, the adjustment of rural education positioning, guiding farmers to receive the continuing education, reforming the content of the continuing education of rural areas, innovating the education methods, etc. to speed up the development of rural continuing education.
