建设社会主义新农村是党和国家提出的重大历史任务。建设社会主义新农村就必须发展农村职业教育,并使农村职业教育切实为新农村建设服务。农村职业教育为新农村建设服务是必要的,也是可行的。为此,必须更新观念,强化管理,及时调整农村职业教育的专业结构,加强师资队伍建设,以法治教。

Building a new socialist countryside is the major historic task of the party and the country. It is necessary to develop vocational education in rural areas which effectively serves the construction of the new socialist countryside. Rural vocational education in rural areas serving the construction of the new socialist countryside is necessary and feasible. To this end, we must adopt new ideas to strengthen management, and timely adjust rural vocational education professional structure, and strengthen teachers＇troops, and govern teaching with law.
