摘要
教师专业化是教师教育发展的方向,教师的专业发展是在实践中通过不断学习得以实现的。在学校中积极构建学习型组织,对于促进教师专业发展有着十分重要的现实意义。
Teacher＇s specialization is the orientation of teachers＇ education. It is obtained by the practice of constant study. The learning organization should be established at school. It will be of great practical significance to promote teachers＇ specialty.
