摘要 教师效能是教师对自身如何很好影响学生学习的能力的信念。它在受教师专业发展价值观影响的同时,也通过影响教师的工作态度、工作动机和教师对教育教学目标的设置与实现而影响教师专业发展。基于此,文章提出了相应的增强教师效能的建议。 Teachers' efficacy refers to beliefs of teachers' capabilities to facilitate students' learning, which is influenced by the values of teachers' professional development. Meanwhile it can also have effect on teachers' professional development by affecting teachers' working attitudes, motivations, physical and mental health and the understanding of the arrangement and application of the objectives of education and instruction. In addition, teachers' collective efficacy plays an important role in the procession. Based on the above, suggestions are offered on how to enhance the teachers' efficacy and teachers' collective efficacy.
