当前研究生党支部建设的几个问题

Several Issues of the Graduate Communist Party Branches' Establishment

近年来,随着研究生招生规模的扩大,研究生党员管理存在着组织、教育、管理不严密,组织归属感不强等问题。针对存在的问题,我院通过对研究生党支部采取"选好支部委员、健全工作制度、加强党员素质、规范考核管理办法、加强入党积极分子培训"等举措,加强党支部建设和党员管理,逐步探索研究生党支部建设的有效方法。

Recent years, as the great increasing enrollment of graduate students in universities, problems in graduate Communist management came to occur, such as loopholes in organization and management, weakconsciousness of CPC in graduates. A series of methods were established to resolve the problems. They were outlined as selecting branch secretary prudently, improving and perfecting working institution, enhancing the Communist and activist abilities, gauging the examining and estimating forms. It is proved that the methods work well in establishing the party branches and managing the party numbers. Meanwhile, it will be improved as well, when the future work involved.
