摘要
在80年代后出生的大学生抗挫折能力较低。他们在学习、生活、人际关系等方面会面对各种挫折。如何引导学生正确地面对挫折并战胜挫折是高校教育工作者亟待解决的问题。本文在分析了大学生的挫折源以及受挫后的不良反应的基础上,结合作者的工作经验,探讨了提高学生抗挫折能力的措施,具有一定的实践意义。
Post 80's college student have lower anti--frustration ability. In their college stage, they will encounter all kinds of frustration in daily life, study and interpersonal relationship. How to let them face frustration correctly and conquer it is an important problem to college educator. In this paper, the author analyzed the frustration source and adverse effect after encounter frustration of student. Based on these, combined practical experiences, the measures of improved anti-frustration ability were discussed. It woill be have practical significance to college educator.
