摘要
旨在促进我国高等学校本科教学质量提高的本科教学评估政策自1994开始实施,至今已有13年的历史。有关本科教学评估政策的认识,肯定否定皆存,成为当前高校和社会关注的热点问题之一。从教育政策价值分析的三个纬度出发,文章分析了本科教学评估政策的价值选择、本科教学评估的合法性和有效性,指出高校应该正确认识本科教学评估政策的重要意义,以本科教学评估为契机,积极促进办学水平和本科教学质量的提高。
Undergraduate teaching evaluation policy implemented in 1994 has a history of 13 years, which is aimed to promote the undergraduate teaching quality. At present, the view on undergraduate teaching policy, positive and negative both existing, is becoming a hot spot concerned by society and higher education institutions. From the three latitudes on analysis of the value of educational policies, the paper analyses the value choice, legitimacy and validity of undergraduate teaching evaluation policy; points out that higher education institutions should have a right attitude about undergraduate teaching evaluation policy and make the undergraduate teaching evaluation as a turning point to improve the school-running level and undergraduate teaching quality.
