摘要
导师是学生学习活动的组织者、参与者、促进者、指导者。导师的职责定位既是对导师工作的准确规范,也是导师制正确实施的关键所在。学校应提供相应的条件,确保导师教学活动的正常开展,要根据导师课情况合理安排指导场所,创造良好的师生交流环境。
A tutor is the organizer, participant, promoter, and instructor in students' learning activities.Correct orientation of the tutor' s duty is not only the standardization of the tutor' s work but also the key for the implementation of tutorial system. A university should provide the corresponding conditions to guarantee the normal development of tutors ' teaching activities, and arrange suitable places for their guid-ance of students according to their practical curriculum situations in order to create a favorable communi-eating environment for tutors and students.
