摘要
查尔酮异构酶(CHI)是控制类黄酮物质合成关键酶之一,它与植物的花色形成以及抗虫、抗病生理密切相关。概述了CHI的生物化学功能、催化反应机理、结构类型和CHI在植物基因工程方面应用的研究进展,对CHI的研究及其应用前景进行了展望。
Chalcone isomerase (CHI) is one of the key enzymes that controlled the synthesis of plant flavonoids. It is closely related to flower colors of plants, insect resistance and disease-resistant physiology. This paper briefly introduces the biochemical function of CHI, its catalytic reactive mechanism, its structural types and its application in plant genetic engineering. Prospects of the research and application in molecular biology are also reviewed in the paper.
