论农民工劳动权益的法律保障

On the Legal Protection of the Migrant Workers' Labor Rights and Interests

农民工作为我国工业化和城镇化进程中出现的一类特殊群体,现已成为我国社会中不容忽视的一个阶层,其劳动权益的实现状况直接关系到整个社会的和谐稳定。本文在论述农民工劳动权益法律保障存在的主要问题的基础上,分析了这些问题产生的原因,进而提出了完善农民工劳动权益法律保障的构想。

Migrant workers, a special group appearing in the process of the industrialization and urbanization in our country, have become a class which cannot be neglected in our society now. Thus, the situation of their labor rights and interests is directly connected with the harmony and stability of the whole society. On the basis of the elaboration of the major problems existing in the legal protection of the migrant workers＇ labor rights and interests, the thesis analyzes the causes of these problems and goes further to propose some suggestions to perfect the legal protection of the migrant workers＇ labor rights and interests.
