摘要
针对当前电厂锅炉带鳍片的热交换管人工无法检测的问题,提出了一种利用移动机器人和柔性机械臂技术进行自动检测的方法:并对该检测机器人的总体机械设计、管道检测系统及控制系统等进行了介绍。该机器人已在山东省几个电厂锅炉检测中得到验证。
To solve the problem that the finned heat exchange tubes of power plant can not be inspected by manual work, an automatic inspecting method by using a mobile robot and flexible arms was presented. The general mechanical design of the robot, the inspecting system and the control system of it were introduced. The robot has been tested and verified by boiler inspection in several power plants of Shan Dong province.
