摘要
利用流体分析软件Fluent对液力变矩器涡轮内流场进行了数值计算。采用稳态交互面技术处理旋转速度不同的各叶轮之间的相互作用。分析了涡轮流道内流体速度、压力及压力损失情况,阐述了流场形成机理,结果与国内外相关领域研究成果基本相符,为液力变矩器设计提供了理论依据。
The torque converter was modeled in detail and the internal flow field was computed by using the program Fluent. To solve the interaction between the various stages with different speeds, the steady-state interaction of technology was used in the calculation. Based on the numerical results, the velocity and pressure in the inlet and outlet of the turbine were analyzed. The formation mechanism of flow field was analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for the design process of torque converter.
