摘要 目的:研究特发性便秘患者乙状结肠粘膜内VIP、NOS阳性神经的变化情况。方法:利用免疫组化技术研究了8例特发性便秘患者乙状结肠粘膜内VIP、NOS阳性神经的变化情况并与5例健康人相比较。结果:特发性便秘患者乙状结肠粘膜内NOS阳性神经较正常人明显增多(P<0.01)。结论:特发性便秘的发病可能与结肠内NO产生增多有关。 Objective: To investigate changes of VIP, NOS positive nerves in colon in patients with idiopathic chronic constipation. Methods: We studied 8 ICC patients and 5 controls by immunohistochemistry using anti-VIP and anti-nitric oxide synthase antibodies to evaluate the density of VIP and nitric oxide producing nerves in colonic mucosa. Results: The patients of idiopathic chronic constipation (ICC) showed high density of NO S positive nerve fibers in the colon. Conclusion: The pathogenesis of idiopathic chronic constipation (ICC) may partly be related to the changes of NOS positive nerves in the colon.
