双球头全覆膜内支架在食管癌术后吻合口狭窄中的应用价值(附245例分析)

目的评价运用双球头全覆膜内支架在食管癌术后吻合口狭窄中的临床价值。方法在X线监视下,对所有食管癌术后吻合口狭窄的患者置入双球头全覆膜内支架。置入前后行食道造影进行对比。结果支架置入技术成功率100%,进食困难缓解率100%,有48例患者于支架取出术后3个月内再次发生食道狭窄,行第二次双球头全覆膜支架置入术,症状缓解。所有患者在术后1个月、3个月、6个月复查时,食道均扩张良好,无严重并发症发生。结论个性化设计的双球头全覆膜内支架是治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄的一种安全、微创、有效的治疗方法。该支架具有可取出,可存放,可重放之便利,具有很强的适用和推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of covered selfexpendle retrievable metallic stents in treatment of benign esophageal strictures. Methods In all cases peroral intubation of the stents were performedunder X - ray. Results All stents were successfully placed and retrieved. Remittent rate of dysplagia was 100%. Only 2 cases again with esophagas stenosis when checked after 3 months replaced again and symptoms were remittented. 1 case was made esophageal Inediastinal tube during operating ballooning diliated and was forced toimplant permanent stent. In all cases esophageal were expendled well when rechecked after 3 months and 6 months respectively and didn＇t find any rital complications. Conclusions It＇s a safe and efficient method thatt reating esophagus nonmalignant stricture covered selfexpendle retrievable metallic stents.
