前列腺增生合并膀胱肿瘤的同期经尿道治疗

Transurethral surgery for bladder transitional cell carcinoma with benigin prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)

目的探讨前裂腺增生合并膀胱肿瘤同期手术治疗的效果。方法回顾分析12例膀胱癌并前列腺增生患者的手术方法,同期行经尿道膀胱肿瘤加前列腺电汽化术。结果获随访3个月~18个月的12例中,无一例复发,均未发生前列腺窝后尿道及切口肿瘤种植。结论膀胱肿瘤并前列腺增生患者同期行经尿道电切术可减少经费,缩短住院时间。

Objective To present our experience on the surgical management of BPH and bladder Tumor syn - chronously. Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with bladder transitional cell carcinoma combined with BPH were retrospectively reviewed. All the patients had simultaneously undergone TUVBt and TUVP. Results Among the 12 cases followed up from 6 months to eighteen months, No cases had tumor recurrence and No tumor cell implantation at prostate pit,posterior urethra and incision was noted. Conclusions TUVBt combined with TUVP for bladder transitional carcinoma with BPH is a sound treatment of choice.
