摘要
可编程控制器应用于喷涂生产线的主烘道温度控制，在无模拟量输出县温度精度无特殊要求时，采用低档PC的内部资源以提高控制精度。同时，介绍了尽量减少较大容量设备对电网冲击的方法。
In this paper, the application of PLC in the production line of spurting and imbruing isintroduced, and the control method of temperature in main toasting - way is also discused. On theoccasion of not requring high accuracy of temperature and no output of analoge signals, the authorhas proposed the practical opproach of raising the control accuracy as high as possibl by usingpophlar function PLC, and the approach of declining the impacting to electrical nets by largecapacity devices as low as possibl.
