摘要
简要介绍了国内外租赁业的发展现状，着重分析了我国租赁业的效应、发展中存在的问题，提出了相应的对策，并对我国租赁业的发展前景进行了展望。
In this paper the current development of lease is briety introduced. The benification forlease the problems encountered in developing lesae in China and the measures to solve theseproblems are analyzed. At the end, the future estimation for lease in China is given.
