泵控液压缸运动限位优化设计

摘要 对液压系统中连通限位和隔离限位进行了分析,针对泵控液压系统的原限程阀限位方式的缺陷进行了优化改进设计,使系统限位时供回油管路连通,液压缸进油腔隔离,可有效地消除原限位方式存在的空载限位超越及负载限位振荡现象,提高了系统限位的可靠性。 A improved design of cylinder position limit mechanism for variable displacement pumpcontrolled hydraulic system is presented in this paper, which points out the defects of former limit vale after the analysis of former hydraulic position limit mechanism. In this improved position limit mechanism, the supply pipeline is connected with the return pipeline and the supply cavity of hydraulic cylinder is isolated, which elfectively eliminates the excess in no load position limit and surge in load position limit that exists in former hydraulic position limil mechanism, and thus enhances the reliability of position limit.
