本文首先介绍了Calibre LVS的基本流程。在分析了现有的在LVS过程中电阻版图阻值提取方法的优缺点基础上提出了一种新颖的电阻的提取方法,经过Calibre LVS验证可以有效的减小了电阻阻值提取的误差,为非规则矩形电阻提取提供了一种新的。

At the beginning of this paper, basic flow of Calibre LVS is principled. A new method for LVS extracting the value of resistance which is irregular rectangle is worked out on the analysis and summarization of traditional; method. The new method could cut down the error that traditional method produces, and its importance is as a new and more precise method for value extracting of irregular-rectangle-resistance.
