摘要
贝尔氏面瘫是临床上常见的周围性面瘫,作者采用恒定磁场有氧方法循面神经走行进行贝尔氏面瘫的临床治疗观察研究,使恒定磁场的磁力线直接作用于面神经的受损部位,同时辅以吸氧提升血氧含量,改善面神经的病理无氧代谢状态,减少渗出的同时加快吸收,减少渗出液在面神经管内对面神经的挤压,恒磁有氧方法不但可以改善面神经的血氧供应与轴流运动,使受损的面神经髓鞘与轴突得到再生和康复。还具有无病、无创伤、无交叉感染、无面神经二次损伤、无并发症、操作简便、治疗安全、疗程短、治愈率高的特点。临床实践证明,该方法是治疗面瘫的一个全新的技术方法。
Bell's pa!sy (BP) is very common peripheral facial palsy in the clinic. In this paper, a new non-injured method, with constant magnetic field and aerobic state along the facial nerves, was used for BP therapy. The Cruative effect of this method was observable. The result showed that therapy could upgrade the blood oxygen content, improve the facial nerve metabolism state and promote the absorption of facial nerve exudation to relieve the pressure in facial nerve tubes. This method could help the facial nerves regenerate and recover by improving the facial nerve oxygen supply and axial flow without pain (WOP), without trauma, no cross infection, no complications and so on. In clinical research, it was approved to be a brand-new therapy of BP for safety, quickness, high cure rate and easy operation.
