摘要
目的:探讨蜂胶治疗2型糖尿病I、II级糖尿病足的临床效果。方法:38例2型糖尿病I、II级糖尿病足患者随机分为蜂胶换药组及对照组,观察患者的伤口愈合情况。结果:蜂胶换药组的总有效率为94.7%,高于对照组的68.4%(P<0.01)。结论:蜂胶对2型糖尿病I、II级糖尿病足有良好的疗效。
Objective： To verify the efficacy of propolis in treating I and II grade diabetic foot. Meth- od： 38 patients with this disease were randomly enrolled into propolis-treated group and regular-treated group. The condition of wound healing of all patients were observed. Result： The total efficiency rate of propolis-treated group {94.7% ） was significantly higher than control group { 68.4% ） （P 〈 0.01 ）. Con- clusion： Propolis is very efficacious in treating I and II grade of diabetic foot.
