疑难病例析评第148例 血小板下降——抽搐——肾功能衰竭

摘要
病历 摘要患者女，19岁，因关节肿痛2个月、蝶形红斑7d、发热1d 于2006年10月19日人院。患者于2006年8月无明显诱因出现全身多关节肿痛伴晨僵。并出现心悸，双下肢对称性可凹性水肿。就诊当地医院，查血常规：白细胞计数3．4×10^9’/L；心电图示Ⅱ度房室传导阻滞。
