摘要
比较了4个对小麦梭条斑花叶病毒具不同抗性的小麦品种,在接种与不接种(CK)处理条件下,叶片和根系中可溶性糖含量。结果表明,无论接种与否感病品种81-5和8201-69的可溶性糖含量比抗病品种SK-4和SN7859的高;接种植株比不接种植株高;81-5和8201-69升高率比SK-4和SN7859的高;接种或不接种根系可溶性糖含量与接种根系中介体侵入繁殖量均呈显著正相关。
The content of soluble sugar (CSS) in leaves and roots of four wheat varieties (two resistant SK 4 and SN 7859 and two susceptible 81 5 and 8201 69) with different resistance to wheat spindle streak mosaic virus (WSSMV) were compared in conditions of inoculation or not. The results showed that CSS of 81 5 and 8201 69 were higher than that of SK 4 and SN7859. The CSS of wheats inoculated were higher than that of the noninoculated (CK), and the increasing rate of CSS in 81 5 and 8201 69 were higher than that of SK 4 and SN7859. There was a significant positive correlation between the CSS in roots inoculated or not and the amount of the vector (Polymyxa graminis) in ones inoculated.
