从翻译定义的演变看翻译本质的阐释特征——由静至动的思索

On Hermeneutic Characteristics of the Definition of Translation in the Perspective of its Evolution with an Emphasis on its Static or Dynamic Thinking

本文梳理了翻译研究各种流派对翻译本质的不同认识,从比较的角度考察了阐释学对翻译本质的认识———"翻译即解释"的独特性;文章进一步认为,较之其他的翻译理论,如语文学派、语言学派、文化学派、解构学派等,阐释学的独到的贡献还在于:把"视域融合"纳入了翻译本质的研究范畴,从而为翻译研究提供了一个独特的动态的研究视角。

Based on the analysis of the respective definitions of translation given by the main branches of translation studies, the author found the uniqueness of the definition given by hermeneutics by making a comparative study. The author further thinks that, compared with other translation theories such as philological school, linguistic school, cultural school, and deconstructional school, another unique contribution that the hermeneutic school has made is the provision of a unique dynamic perspective for translation studies by introducing the concept of ＂fusion of horizons＂ into the scope of research for the essence of translation.
