超临界汽轮机调试的若干问题及分析

Analysis on Problems in Supercritical Steam Turbine Commissioning

超临界机组具有高效、节能、环保的特点,近几年来,在筹建和新投产的机组中占有重要的比例。为此,介绍了几个电厂新建超临界机组主、辅系统调试中遇到的问题及采取的对策,并对国产化超临界600MW汽轮机调试中的一些特点进行了总结,对同类型机组的调试、运行和设计均有参考作用。

Supercritical units are highly efficient, energy-saving and friendly to environment, thus accounting for an important proportion in projected and newly operated units in recent years. This paper describes the problems in the commissioning of the main and auxiliary systems of new-built supercritical units in several power plants besides the countermeasures adopted. The features of domestic supercritical 600 MW steam turbine commissioning are also summed up. which is helpful to the commissioning, operation and design of similar units.
