利用肺动静脉血和体表动静脉血评估肺换气率比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨利用外周动静脉血替代肺动静脉血评估肺脏O2和CO2换气率。方法试验采用健康犬,将动物麻醉后采集并测定吸入、呼出气体中CO2浓度,采集股动、静脉血和肺动、静脉血,利用血气分析仪分别测定血O2分压和CO2分压,并根据体血和肺动脉血的O2分压和CO2分压计算换气率,进行定量比较和线性回归分析。结果体血CO2换气率略低于肺血CO2换气率,体血O2换气率略高于肺血O2换气率,但是差别很小,没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。体血O2和CO2换气率与肺血O2和CO2换气率存在良好的正相关性(P<0.001)。结论可以利用外周动静脉血替代肺动静脉血评估肺脏O2和CO2换气率,这种方法为临床上进行换气率的检测带来极大的方便。 Objective To explore whether periphery arterovenous blood can substitute pulmonary arterovenous blood to evaluate lung gas exchange efficacy(GEE). Method After the experimental dogs were narcotized, the pulmonary and periphery arterovenous blood were collected, The oxygen and carbon dioxide level in the blood samples were measured and GEEs were calculated according to oxygen and carbon dioxide level in pulmonary and periphery arterovenous blood respectively. And data were going student t test and linear regression analysis. Results There existed no statistical difference of GEE calculated according to oxygen and carbon dioxide level in pulmonary and periphery arterovenous blood sample respectively ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The oxygen and carbon dioxide GEE from periphery arterovenous blood positively correlated with that from pulmonary arterovenous blood ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion GEE can be measured using periphery arterovenous blood as a substitution of pulmonary arterovenous blood.
