血小板活化因子与高原低氧环境支气管哮喘发生 被引量:1

Correlation of Platelet-activating Factor and Bronchial Asthma in High Altitude

摘要 目的探讨血小板活化因子(platelet-activating factor,PAF)与高原低氧环境中支气管哮喘(哮喘)发病的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)等方法测定平原对照组、高原对照组、高原哮喘患者组血小板(platelet,PLT)数,血清PAF浓度。结果高原哮喘患者组、高原对照组PLT数明显低于平原对照组,均存在显著意义(P<0.05)。高原哮喘患者组血清PAF浓度明显高于平原、高原对照组,而高原对照组血清PAF浓度明显低于平原对照组,各组间均存在显著意义(P<0.05)。PLT数和血清PAF浓度间也存在中度相关。结论高原地区PLT数、PAF浓度均低于平原地区,提示血小板依赖性的PAF产生和释放减少可能是高原地区支气管哮喘发病率低的原因之一。其临床意义有待进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the effect of Platelet - activating factor(PAF) in pathogenesy of asthma in high altitude Methods ELISA and other methods were used to detect the quantity of platelet(PLT) and the level of serum platelet - activating factor (PAF) in the plain control group,the plateau control group and the plateau asthma patients group. Results The quantity of PLT in plain control group and plateau control group were significantly lower than that of plateau asthma patients group. ( P 〈 O. 05). The level of serum PAF in the plateau asthma patients group Were significantly higher than that of in the plain control group and the plateau control group(P 〈 O. 05 ) ,hut the level of PAF in the plateau control group were significantly lower than that of in the plain control group( P 〈 0. 05 ). a midrange positive correlation was also showed between the quantity of PLT and the level of PAF. Conclusion The quantity of PLT and the level of PAF in the plateau area were lower than that in the plain area. To indicate the reason of the low disease rate of asthma in plateau area could be related with the reduction of PAF' s production and releasing that was PLT dependent, further study on its clinical significance is indicated.
