This paper mainly introduces the effect of automobile parts dimension error, shape and position error, fitting error on front wheel alignment. The Sideslip which is affected by front wheel alignment is introduced.Many years practice shows that to measure major pin back inclined-angle and internal inclined-angle and wheel external inclined-angle one by one and to perform comprehensive analysis and correct or change will solve the problem from the base.
