摘要
液体磁性磨具表面光整加工技术是工件与液体磁性磨具在外加磁场作用下,产生较高的剪切应力特性实现表面加工的技术。磁场发生装置的特性对磨具的配置、加工效率、加工质量等均有重要影响。因此阐述了磁场发生装置的基本要求和设计方法,并用有限元分析软件进行了分析。其加工质量高、形状适应性强、材料适应范围广已在实验中得到鉴证。
The surface polishing of liquid-magnetic grinding apparatus is a surface machining that generates higher shearing stress between abrasive power and workpieces under the action of magnetic field.The properties of magnetic field generating unit greatly influcence on abrasive power distribution,machining efficiency and power distribution,machining efficiency and machining quality.This paper elaborates the basic requirements and design method for magnetic field generating unit and it is analyzed with finite-element analysis software.
