铁路跨越式发展和新技术的应用对货车检修设备的管理提出了新的要求。结合当前实际,从设备的购置、使用、维修保养、租赁、信息化、更新报废等方面做了探讨,旨在提高设备的综合管理,进而体现以工装保工艺,以工艺保质量的方针。

Along with the leap over development and application of new technology,the new requirements are proposed for wagon overhaul equipments management,combined with present practice,the comprehensive management for equipments purchase,application, maintenanee,rental,informationization,renew and rejecting are discussed,aiming at to improve equipments comprehensive management,further to reflect the policy of processing device to ensure technology,technology to ensure quality.
