基于小波变换和行波测距的井下选择性短路保护方案研究

摘要 在分析我国井下高压电网短路故障的基础上,深入研究相关的保护原理及提高井下高压电网短路保护灵敏度和可靠性的方法,设计出新型的基于小波变换和行波测距的井下高压电网线路选择性速断短路保护方案,将微机保护应用于煤矿井下高压电网,通过多机通信、逻辑判断确定线路故障段,从而做到快速地、有选择性地切断故障线路,避免在越级跳闸而造成的大面积停电。 Based on the analysis of underground high voltage electric grid faults,deeply studied the relevant protective principle as well as the enhancing method for sensitivity and reliability of high voltage short-cirouit protection underground.A scheme of underground selective high-speed short circuit protection by use of wavelet transformation and travelling wave fault location is designed.Put computer into play in coal mine.Through multi-computer communication and logic judgement,the fault line can be judged and then turn off fault line rapidly and selectively that avoid large area power outage in coal mine because of skip grade of tripping operation.
