基于外语"磨蚀"的教育学反思

摘要 本文结合教育学和外语磨蚀的研究成果,从外语教育的目的、过程、方法、经济、评价和政策规划等六个方面分析了我国当前外语教育的不足,并得出如下结论:(1)外语教育应补充“让外语学习者保持现有外语能力”的目的;(2)外语教育过程应包含两个连续的阶段:外语正式培训和尔后的继续教育;(3)外语教学方式应该同时具备好的实时教学和抗磨蚀远期效果;(4)外语能力的终身维护应按教育经济学原则运作;(5)外语教育评价应该保持一定的连续性;(6)防止外语能力的磨蚀需要政府部门的政策协调和全面规划。 Based on the results obtained from both pedagogy and foreign language attrition,the problems in the foreign language education in China were analyzed in the following six aspects:teaching rims,process,methods, educational economics,evaluation,and pehcies and planning. Furthermore,tbe remedies for these problems were offered in this paper: (1) The aim to maintain the competence acquired should be added; (2) The teaching process should involve both formal training of a foreign language in school and the training that follows; (3) Qualified teaching methods should be good at both realtime teaching and maintaining of the competence acquired in the future; (4) The maintenance of the competence acquired should be managed on the principles of pedagogical economics; (5) The pedagogical evaluation on foreign education should be carried out regularly; and (6) The maintenance of the competence acquired needs to be coordinated and planned with the help of the government.
