摘要
利用光子晶体的完全色散关系,研究了一维光子晶体中折射角与入射角之间的关系。结果表明,对于一维光子晶体,在第一能带内,存在反常折射现象。当频率越接近能带边缘,且入射角越接近敏感区时,折射角对入射角和频率的变化越敏感。而且,敏感区随频率的增大具有向小角度移动的趋势。
The relationship between refracting angle and incident angle in the one-dimensional photonic crystals was studied by means of complete dispersion relation. For the one-dimensional photonic crystals, there is abnormal refraction in the first band. When the colser the frequency approaches the edge of the band and theincident angle approaches the sensitive area, the refracting angle is more sensitively response to incident angle and frequency, the sensitive area is shift to the small angle with the increment of frequency.
