凤尾草中总黄酮的提取工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 优化溶剂法提取凤尾草中总黄酮,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交实验考察各种影响因素,用UV法测定其含量。用体积分数70%的乙醇溶液,料液比1∶20,在60℃温度下提取2次,每次2h,总黄酮提取率可达2.54%。采用此工艺提取效果较好且操作简单迅速。 Total flavonoids from Pteris multifida were extracted by optimum solvent extraction method. Based on single factor analysis, the condition for extracting total flavonoids in Pteris multifida were optimized by orthogonal method. Various influenced factors were studied by orthogonal experiments, the totale flavonoids in Pteris multifida were determined by UV. The influence of extracting time, extracting temperature, No. of extracting times, ethanol concentration, the ratio of solid to liquid and so on were also optimized as follows: 70% EtOH as extracting solvent, 1 : 20 (g/mL) as solid-liquid ratio,extracting twice (2h each time) at 60℃. The extraction rate is up to 2.54%.The extraction effect of paeoniflorin is very preferable,and the method is simple and quick.
