摘要 用紫外光谱方法研究了四环素(TC)-Fe(Ⅲ)配合物与脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的相互作用。吸收光谱研究表明,四环素(TC)-Fe()配合物能与小牛胸腺DNA以嵌插方式相互作用。 The interaction of tetracycline （TC）-Fe （Ⅱ）complex with DNA was studied by ultraviolet absorption spectrometry. The absorption spectrum indicate that tetracyline （TC）-Fe （Ⅱ） Complex can interact with calf thymus DNA by way of intercalation.
