摘要
通过工业试验,研究了分段冷却工艺对C-Mn钢中板带状组织的影响,分析了带状组织的产生机理。研究结果表明:在相同的控制轧制工艺下,与空冷工艺相比,采用后段冷却为主的冷却工艺可使试验钢的带状组织由4级降至3级;采用前段冷却为主的冷却工艺可使试验钢的带状组织降至1.5级;随着前段冷却强度的增加,板材的带状组织减弱。
Effect of subsection cooling process on banded structure of C-Mn plate has been studied by industrial tests. Mechanism of banded structure are analysed. The results show that in the same controlled rolling condition,the banded structure decreases to 3 grade by adopting aft-stage cooling dominated process comparing with that by adopting air cooling. Further more, the banded structure decreases to 1.5 grade by adopting fore-stage cooling dominated process. With the enhancement of fore-stage cooling, the banded structure further decreases
