摘要
介绍了纵向变截面(LP)钢板的发展状况,并对LP钢板可根据承受载荷的情况改变梁的厚度,因而可优化桥梁、船体、建筑等结构断面的设计进行了分析,举例说明了LP钢板在桥梁、造船上的应用情况。简述了LP钢板的制造工艺流程和过程控制技术。
The development of longitudinal profiled plate is described. According to the load of girder and beam, application of LP plate can modify the thickness of beam, and optimize structure design of bridge, ship and building, etc. The LP plates have high performance in reducing the number of welds and the weight of steel in structures. The application examples of LP plate are illustrated. The technology of LP plate is explained, and process control system is given.
