摘要
针对棒材飞剪因传动柜控制板不正常而引起误碎断和不剪尾的问题,通过将热金属检测器检测到有钢信号时输出的高电平反相变为低电平,并当热金属检测器检测到轧件尾部信号下降沿时,将其变成一个宽度为0.5s的正脉冲,延时处理后,发出剪切信号,实现了正常的剪尾和碎断功能。
In view of miss cropping cut and non-end cut of flying shear for bar as the malfunction of control plate of drive cabinet,the output high electric signal is turned over to low electric signal when the piece is detected by hot-metal detector,and the signal is changed to a 0, 5s plus pulse when the piece end is detcted by hot-metal detector. Based on delay treatment, the normal shearing function of flying shear is assured.
