Talents play a decisive role in the process of promoting the progress of country and the development of society. Since the ancient times, there have been a lot of important standpoints about talents. This paper summarized and analyzed the identification, use and motivation of the ancient talents,and put forward some revelations on the thoughts of talents management in aeient China.
