Starting from the introduction of the theory of strategic envirnmental policy with the combination of disputes about genetically modified agricultural products in the international trade, this paper analyzed the trade mechanism of strategic environmental policy in the foreign trade of genetically modified agricultural products ,and this paper also discussed the revelations on how it influences the development of China＇s related industries.
