摘要
人力资本要素在产品生产中具有重要的作用,应作为独立的生产要素而纳入一般经济分析的框架中。人力资本要素贡献相对高于物质资本,从而导出人力资本作为一种稀缺的生产性要素同样具有产权性质。因此,必须在尊重人力资本要素贡献的基础上对传统的企业制度创新,以实现国家、企业和劳动者的激励相容。
Human capital factor is very important in the production and should be absorbed into the framework of general econmic analysis as the independent productive factor. Contributions of human capital factor are more important than material capital. So human capital possesses property rights as a kind of scarce productive factor all the time. Therefore, the traditional institution of enterprise must be innovated on the basis of cherishing human capital for realizing encouragement unification of country and enterprise and labors.
