The criterion of this eoordinatve development is sustainable development. And this development needs modern science and technology to support, perfect institution to guarantee. At present, the pressure of population growth, the low level of technology and the unperfeeted institution are the major problems in the process of eoordinatve development. Just when these problems are solved can we coordinate the development of human and nature and promote the construction of harmonious society.
