Xe-CT对moyamoya病患者脑血流评价作用的初步研究(附2例报告)

Study of the evaluation effect of Xe-CT to the CBF of patients with moyamoya disease

目的探讨Xe-CT在moyamoya病诊治中的应用价值。方法对2例moymoya患者行Xe-CT检查,测定其脑血流情况,并制定相应治疗方案。结果1例患者Xe-CT示双侧额叶、双侧枕叶及右侧顶叶缺血明显,给予针对性改善脑血流量的治疗,患者病情有所缓解;另外1例患者Xe-CT示没有明显缺血,暂时不给予治疗,观察病情变化。结论Xe-CT可以提供moyamoya病患者脑血流图像,并可以定量检测区域脑血流量,为临床诊断和治疗提供重要的参考依据。

Objective To explore the value of Xenon-CT in diagnosis and treatment of moyamoya disease. Methods 2 patient s with moyamoya disease were examined by Xenon-CT. The CBF result was analyzed. Result 1 patient＇ s Xe- CT result showed cerebral blood flow （CBF） decreased in both frontal lobe,occipital lobe and right parietal lobe,Treated the patient with the drug which can improve the CBF. The other patient＇ s Xe-CT result showed there was no significant change of CBF. No any treatment was given. Conclusion Xe-CT imaging can describe the CBF of the brain areas of patients with moyamoya disease. It provides credible evidence to the diagnosis and treatment of moyamoya disease.
