道家技术观对现代科技文明发展的启示

Enlightenment of Taoist Technological View for the Modern Civilization of Science and Technology

先秦道家以否定的态度看待技术的发明和应用。文章系统分析了道家技术观的思想内涵及其认识根据,探讨了其对现代科技发展的启发意义。文章认为,道家提倡的"道法自然"的哲学理念和"无为而治"的政治主张是其对技术文明持否定态度的认识根据,道家的技术观具有明显的历史局限性,但其思想认识对于我们今天合理规范科技文明的发展具有一定的启发性。

The Taoist in the Pre-Qin Period has a negative attitude towards the technological inventions and applications.Here we systematically analyze the thought connotations and knowledge foundations of the Taoist technological view,and discuss its implications for the development of modern science and technology.We suggest that the negative attitude of the Taoist towards the technological civilization is based epistemologically on the philosophical ideology of 'Tao follows the natural ways' and the political advocacy of `governing by doing nothing'.The Taoist technological view has significant historical limitations,but the thought is inspirational for rationally regulating the development of the civilization of science and technology.
