目前,失业问题已成为影响我国经济建设和社会稳定乃至建设社会主义和谐社会的一个重要因素。作为以资源开发为主要经济增长点的,我国的主要国有林区之一、被誉为"红松故乡"的伊春林区,失业问题也十分突出。我们深入剖析了导致当前国有林区失业的外在和内在原因。

At present, unemployment has become a key factor affecting our economic building and social stability as well as the building of socialist harmonious society. Yichun as one of the major forestry areas in our country, enjoying the fame of 'Hometown of Korean Pine' , is confronting with more serious unemployment. In the paper, we take a deeper analysis of the external and internal causes of the phenomenon.
