雌激素对去卵巢大鼠拔牙创骨愈合影响的电镜观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究雌激素对去卵巢大鼠拔牙创骨愈合的影响。方法取55只雌性SD大鼠随机分为3组:模型组及雌激素组大鼠行去势手术,制备去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松模型,假手术组行假手术。假手术组和模型组仅予生理盐水,雌激素组予雌二醇至实验结束。所有大鼠手术后8w拔除左侧上颌第一磨牙,拔牙术后第7、30、60天分3批处死大鼠,上颌拔牙创口处行扫描电镜观察。结果拔牙术后第7天扫描电镜观察3组大鼠拔牙创内新生骨骨表面相差不大,拔牙术后第30、60天时模型组拔牙创面新生骨较其他两组明显纤细、量少。模型组拔牙创愈合过程中,剩余牙槽嵴整个长度有一层与其他两组表面结构不同的组织。结论骨质疏松可能导致拔牙创愈合过程中骨形成方式不同,延长成年大鼠拔牙创愈合时间,而雌激素治疗能明显减少骨质疏松对拔牙创骨愈合的影响。 Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen on bone wound healing progress of extracted teeth in postmenopausal osteoporosis rats. Methods 65 female SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated, ovariectomy (given with physiological saline) and estrogen groups. The rats in ovariectomy and estrogen groups were ovariectomized to establish osteoporosis modeL Eight weeks after surgery, the left maxillary first molar of all rats were extracted. The rots were killed at 7, 30, 60 days respectively after extracted surgery. Undecalcifled sections of first molar extraction area were examined histologically by scanning electron microscope. Results There was no obvious difference in newly formed bone among three groups 7 days after extraction. 30 and 60 days after extraction both the structure and the mass of the newly formed bone decreased obviously in ovariectomy group than those in other two groups. During the period of bone wound healing a distinctive layer of bone tissue covered the entire length of residual ridge in ovariectomy group, being different from that in other two groups. Conclusions Osteoporosis might result in the different pattern of the newly formed bone and delay the time of bone wound healing, while estrogen could relieve the effect of osteoporosis.
