摘要
对脉冲液体喷射泵的性能进行了系统的试验,以探讨脉冲频率及喷咀出口面积与喉管出口面积之比对液体喷射泵性能参数的影响。试验结果表明,在一定流量比下,脉冲射流能提高喷射泵的压力比和效率,脉冲射流频率在一定范围内变化可以提高喷射泵的性能,而且频率越大、面积比越小,性能提高得越多;脉冲射流时间比和关阀时间对脉冲液体喷射泵性能也有一定影响,电磁阀的开启与关闭时间应有一个合适的范围。
Experiment was carried out to study the effect of pulse frequency and area ratio (the ratio of nozzle area to throat area) on performances of pulse jet pump. In the experiment the throat area was unchanged and five nozzles were adopted forming the area ratio 1.93, 2.78, 4.34, 6.25 and 9.77 respectively. The performances of pumps with different pulse frequencies were compared with those of steady jet pumps under the same pressures. The result shows that under the condition of the same discharge ratio, the pressure ratio and efficiency of pulse jet pump are higher than that of steady jet pump. In a certain range of frequency, the performances of pulse pump will be better if the frequency is higher and the area ratio is smaller. The performances of pulse jet pump are closely related to the working duration of pulse and the interval of pulse, so that an optimal jet cycle is existed.
