Analysis and Synthesis of the Double Gear-Guide Bar Mechanism Producing the Long-Time Dwell Motion

对齿轮——导杆机构实现较长间歇运动特性进行了详细研究.得到了机构间歇条件K=1+P.分析了机构尺寸参数对间歇角大小的影响,给出了设计曲线(包括p-△θ_1曲线,??曲线),使用设计曲线,可以很容易得到一个具有一定间歇角的2齿轮——导杆机构.

In this thesis, the long-time dwell motion characteristic of the double gear-guide bar mechanism is studied in detail.We acquired the size condition of the long-time dwell motion k=1+p and analysed the effect of size parameters on the dwell angle.The design curves (in cluding p-Δθ_1curve,p??,??curve)are presented.A double gear-guide bar mechanism producing the long-time dwell motion can be achieved easily by using the design curves.
